Free Tobacco Quit Kits
The Psychology Clinic at OSU and the Seretean Wellness Center have teamed up to provide OSU faculty, staff, and students FREE Tobacco Quit Kits. The Quit Kits are designed to assist with Tobacco Cessation and contain a variety of helpful tools and information for those who are trying to kick the habit. Faculty/Staff Quit Kits are available at the Seretean Wellness Center and Student Quit Kits are available at University Health Services. For information about the Quit Kits, faculty/staff should contact the Employee Health Clinic at the Seretean Wellness Center, 744.7556, and students should contact Yvon Fils-Aime, Tobacco Health Educator, at 744.2745. In addition to the Quit Kits, group therapy programs have been scheduled. Tobacco Free July 1, 2008
The OSU-Stillwater campus goes tobacco free effective July 1, 2008. The change is a result of recommendations from the Student Government Association, Faculty Council and Staff Advisory Council and is consistent with OSU’s ongoing effort to create a healthier campus. President Burns Hargis discusses this important change in a video message to the campus.
